Solution Focused Hypnotherapy focuses on outcomes the client wants to achieve rather than exploring the past. Combining psychotherapy with hypnotherapy helps a client to understand their own behaviour while helping to facilitate lasting change.
Between 8-12 sessions but sometimes more. Phobias are fewer sessions but this will be discussed at the initial consultation.
Yes, hypnotherapy is completely safe when practiced by a trained professional. You remain aware and in control during the session, and it cannot make you do anything against your will.
